Matcha Spirulina Raw Cashew Hearts Prep time: 3 mins Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked 4 hours, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • ½ tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Instructions

  1. 1 Add everything to a high speed blender (or food processor) and blend until very smooth and even
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into silicon molds and set in freezer for up to 4 hours or overnight before serving
  3. 3 Serve and enjoy!
