Paleo Porridge

Paleo Porridge Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 5 mins Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP - unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 TBSP - pumpkin seeds
  • 1 TBSP - flax seeds
  • 1 TBSP - chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup - walnuts
  • 1 TBSP - ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 TSP - sea salt
  • 1 cup - boiling water

Instructions

  1. 1 Combine all dry ingredients in a blender and blend until finely ground.
  2. 2 Pour boiling water into blender and blend very carefully starting on low setting, then moving to high, until porridge is smooth.
  3. 3 Transfer porridge to a bowl and garnish with raisins, sunflower seeds or treats of your choice.
