Sarah Grossman is an author, nutritionist and the co-founder of Living Kitchen, a private chef service in Toronto that prepares food to support clients dealing with a variety of health issues. Her cookbook, called The Living Kitchen, focuses on nutrition and recipes to support people going through cancer treatment.
Mental health and brain health is extremely important to me as I see how much of an impact mood and anxiety has on many close people in my family. Brain health and preventing memory loss and deterioration is an important issue for many of my clients and the food they eat has been an important part of supporting their overall wellness.
