Fruits high in antioxidants like strawberries, blueberries, red grapes and black cherries are great for brain health.
- 1/2 cup - sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup - raspberries
- 1/2 cup - blueberries
- 1 - ripe banana
- 1 cup - Greek yogurt
- 2 TBSP - old fashioned oats
- 1-2 TBSP - agave
- 1 Combine strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, oats, agave and 1-cup ice in blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
