Ingredients
- 2 - mangos, peeled and diced
- 1/2 - red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup - red bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 16 - cashews
- 1/2 cup - cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 TBSP - freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/8 TSP - red pepper flakes
Instructions
- 1 In a large bowl, toss mango, red onions, bell peppers, cashews and cilantro
- 2 Add limejuice and red pepper flakes, toss to coat. Serve cold.
