SUPERFOOD // QUINOA
Blueberry, Quinoa & Oat Bran Muffins are a delightful and nutritious treat. These muffins combine the sweetness of fresh blueberries with the nutty flavour and of quinoa and earthiness of oat bran. The bonus? The quinoa provides a protein boost, while the oat bran contributes much needed fibre.
Individuals with low iron levels in their blood are at an increased risk of anemia, or iron deficiency. Luckily quinoa is bursting with iron, helping to prevent issues with communication, comprehension, and memory due to iron deficiency. Additionally, quinoa contains vitamin C, which enhances the absorption of iron in the body. These nutrients work together to support healthy iron levels!
