  • 1 - banana, preferably frozen
  • 2 TBSP - almond butter
  • 1 TBSP - raw cacao powder
  • 1 -2 - medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 1/2 cup - filtered water
  • Handful of ice, optional (but recommended if your banana is not frozen)


  1. 1 Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
