Grapecicles

Grapecicles Prep time: 15 mins Serves: 80

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Red Grapes ( 80 Grapes )
  • 1 cup buffalo maple yoghurt (alternatives: goat, sheep or greek any flavor of your choice)
  • ¾ cup hemp hearts
  • 80 Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. 1 Insert a toothpick into the end of the grape without the hole (the opposite of the stem end)
  2. 2 Place them stem end facing down on a baking tray freeze for up to 4 hours (or overnight)
  3. 3 Once frozen, remove from freezer and get ready to start creating the grapecicle
  4. 4 Pour yoghurt into a medium bowl and spread the hemp hearts on a large plate
  5. 5 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  6. 6 Assemble the grapes by dipping them into the yogurt and then immediately rolling them into the hemp hearts.
  7. 7 Place standing up on parchment paper
  8. 8 Repeat this for every grape
  9. 9 Place in freezer (ideally overnight) or for at least 2 hours
  10. 10 Store in a freezer bag for up to 2-weeks if you don’t eat them sooner
