IN THE OVEN
1. Heat oven to 500 ℉.
2. Cut peppers in half and remove the seeds and stem.
3. Add halved bell peppers to a baking sheet.
4. Roast 25-30 minutes, or until the skins are blackened.
5. When done roasting, wrap the peppers in foil for 10 minutes to steam, making skin removal easier.
6. Let cool.
7. Remove and discard the skin.
GRILLING
1. Heat the grill to medium hot.
2. Cut peppers in half and remove seeds and stem.
3. Brush the skin with oil and place the pepper skin side down on the grill.
4. Grill for 10 minutes or until skin blackens.
5. Let cool and remove the skin.
