SUPERFOOD // MATCHA:
We are big matcha fans at my house. So when my 3 chicklets first suggested that I create a matcha bliss ball, I was all over it! We have since done numerous different variations, but I must say that this is one of my absolute favourites — maybe because I’m also a huge fan of the rich, nutty pistachio flavour.
These tasty little no-bake snacks are loaded with easy-to-digest energy as well as healthy fats, fibre, protein and antioxidants galore. They are great for snack time, dessert, or even breakfast-on-the-go.
