- 1 cup cashews, soaked 4 hours, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- ½ tsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 Add everything to a high speed blender (or food processor) and blend until very smooth and even
- 2 Pour the mixture into silicon molds and set in freezer for up to 4 hours or overnight before serving
- 3 Serve and enjoy!
