Flax seeds are rich in omega-3s, which can help build and maintain myelin in the brain.
- 2 TBSP - unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 TBSP - pumpkin seeds
- 1 TBSP - flax seeds
- 1 TBSP - chia seeds
- 1/4 cup - walnuts
- 1 TBSP - ground cinnamon
- 1/4 TSP - sea salt
- 1 cup - boiling water
- 1 Combine all dry ingredients in a blender and blend until finely ground.
- 2 Pour boiling water into blender and blend very carefully starting on low setting, then moving to high, until porridge is smooth.
- 3 Transfer porridge to a bowl and garnish with raisins, sunflower seeds or treats of your choice.
