Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 - scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 - ripe banana
  • 1/2 TSP - cinnamon
  • 1 TSP - coconut oil
  • Optional toppings: mixed berries, maple syrup, cinnamon, goat yogurt

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat a tiny bit of coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. 2 Whisk all ingredients together.
  3. 3 Pour pancakes into pan and cook.
