Pumpkin and Almond Porridge

Pumpkin and Almond Porridge Prep time: 2 mins Cook time: 5 mins Serves: 1


  • 1 cup Pumpkin, canned
  • ½ cup Almond Meal
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • ½ cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • Pinch Sea Salt


  1. 1 In a small saucepan, add together all the ingredients and whisk over medium heat. Let the porridge begin to bubble, then reduce to a simmer for a few minutes while continuing to stir. Serve in bowls and sprinkle on any toppings.
  2. 2 Tip: top with chopped walnuts, cacao nibs or fruit.
