SUPERFOOD // HEMP SEEDS:

Hemp seeds are a good fat that are also high in plant based protein (10g/3 tbsp) & fibre. As an added bonus, their fat is made up of around 78% Essential Fatty Acids, and within that, they have a pretty ideal ratio of Omega 6:3 at about 3:1. Like many seeds, they’re also a great source of minerals, especially manganese and magnesium.
