- 1 cup Gluten-Free Oats
- 1 ½ cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
- ½ tbsp Flax Seed, ground
- Oil for cooking
- 1 Make oats into a flour by pulsing in the blender until they are a fine flour. Add almond milk and flax to blender and blend until smooth.
- 2 Heat oil over medium heat in a medium non-stick pan. Lift off the heat while you pour in ⅓ cup of the batter and tilt around to spread the batter across the surface.
- 3 Once the edges of the crepe are golden and it lifts easily with a spatula, flip it over and cook for another minute.
- 4 Repeat process, including oiling the pan, until all batter is gone.
- 5 Serve with your favorite filling!
