Simple Crepe Wraps

Simple Crepe Wraps Prep time: 10 mins Serves: 2


  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Oats
  • 1 ½ cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
  • ½ tbsp Flax Seed, ground
  • Oil for cooking


  1. 1 Make oats into a flour by pulsing in the blender until they are a fine flour. Add almond milk and flax to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2 Heat oil over medium heat in a medium non-stick pan. Lift off the heat while you pour in ⅓ cup of the batter and tilt around to spread the batter across the surface.
  3. 3 Once the edges of the crepe are golden and it lifts easily with a spatula, flip it over and cook for another minute.
  4. 4 Repeat process, including oiling the pan, until all batter is gone.
  5. 5 Serve with your favorite filling!


Creamy Berry Filling: 1 cup Coconut Yogurt, unsweetened ½ cup Blueberries Smash the blueberries with a fork into the coconut yogurt and add inside of the crepes.
