SUPERFOOD // CHIA:

Chia chia chia! You remember those commercials about the “pet” chia that grew into your own chia plant! Well chia seeds have now exploded in popularity and they’re being added to cereals, breads, drinks, puddings and more. I’ve developed a delicious variety of chia pudding recipes that we serve to our corporate clients who love them. Chia seeds are an unprocessed, whole-grain food that can be absorbed by the body as seeds.
