Peppermint Coffee Smoothie

Peppermint Coffee Smoothie Prep time: 5 mins Serves: 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1 - medium frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup - fresh brewed coffee, cooled
  • 3/4 cup - hemp seed milk
  • 1 TBSP - raw cacao powder
  • 1 TBSP - coconut oil
  • 1/2 TSP - pure, food grade peppermint oil
  • 1/2 TSP - raw mesquite power
  • 3 - drops liquid chocolate stevia

Instructions

  1. 1 Brew coffee by your preferred method of choice.
  2. 2 Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Notes

Tips:
Garnish with some fresh, whole coffee beans for some extra crunch and pretty presentation!
Substitutions:
Substitute hemp seed milk for almond milk or other non-dairy milk of choice. Can use cinnamon in place of raw mesquite powder.
