Who doesn’t love this fall favourite? Warm, creamy and bursting with flavour and espresso! This version also happens to be dairy, grain and gluten free and also without refined sugar!  As a bonus recipe, check out the chai decaffeinated version!

Did you know that Pumpkins are even higher in nutrient content than other winter squash varieties such as butternut squash! One of those nutrients is beta carotene, a compound that gives bright colouring like yellow, orange, and red to produce. The body converts beta carotene into vitamin A (retinol). Vitamin A, plays a key role in vision, cell growth and in maintaining healthy organs like the heart, lungs, and kidneys.
