Contrary to popular belief, buckwheat does not actually contain wheat and therefore it’s gluten-free! Buckwheat is a great source of vitamins including B vitamins, manganese, phosphorus and zinc which are all needed for neurotransmitter signaling in the brain that helps to combat depression, anxiety and headaches.
