Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups - quinoa
  • 1 1/2 cups - water
  • 8-10 oz - chicken breast(s)
  • 2 TBSP - flour
  • 2 TBSP - olive oil
  • 1 cup - grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup - cilantro
  • 1 - clove garlic
  • 1 - avocado
  • 1/2 TSP - hot sauce
  • 2 TBSP - lemon-honey mix (lemon juice, honey)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
