- 1 cup - fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1/2 - banana, frozen
- 2 cups - organic baby spinach or other leafy greens
- 1/4 cup - unsweetened full-fat canned coconut milk
- 1 cup - unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 TSP - pure vanilla extract
- 1/2-1 TSP - ground cinnamon
- Fresh mint, optional
- 1/2 - lime, juiced
