- 8 leaves Boston Lettuce
- 2 cups Sauerkraut, cabbage based (SLAW)
- 2 tbsp Coconut Yogurt, unsweetened (SLAW)
- 2 tsp Lime Juice (SLAW)
- ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper (SLAW)
- ½ tsp Paprika (SLAW)
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder (SLAW)
- ½ recipe “Simple Turkey Meatballs”
- 1 If “Simple Turkey Meatballs” are not already made, do so now. Allow about 30 minutes to prepare and cook these.
- 2 Combine all slaw ingredients and mix well.
- 3 In lettuce leaves, place ¼ cup of slaw mix and two meatballs. Serve!
