Salmon is full of Omega-3 fatty acids, known to be highly beneficial to the brain. Omega-3 provides more oxygen to the brain, and allows us to retain new and older information. Salmon also contains Vitamin B12 and a deficiency can lead to depression, balance problems, and memory loss.
