This one-dish meal full of superfoods is very easy to make and always satisfies. Traditional shakshuka is a North African dish with eggs poached in a chunky, spiced tomato garlic sauce.  It’s quick & easy, customizable, versatile, and delicious.

Studies have shown that garlic supplements reduce blood pressure in those with high blood pressure or hypertension. Some research shows that supplements may be as as effective as regular medications.
