Spinach & Tuna Sourdough Grilled Cheese

Spinach & Tuna Sourdough Grilled Cheese Cook time: 15 mins Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can Tuna (drained and flaked)
  • 1/4 stalk Celery (diced)
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise
  • Lemon (juiced)
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
  • 2 slices Sourdough Bread
  • 2 tbsp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp Butter

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. 2 In a bowl, mix together the tuna, celery, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Layer the spinach on top of a bread. Top with tuna mixture and cheddar cheese. Close the sandwich.
  4. 4 Add the butter to the preheated pan and place the sandwich in the skillet. Cook until lightly browned on one side, flip and cook until browned on the other side. Slice and enjoy!
