Wild Wonders® Quinoa Salad

Wild Wonders® Quinoa Salad Serves: 4


  • 2 C quinoa
  • 4 C water
  • ½ C finely diced red onion
  • ½ C feta crumbled
  • 1/2 C julienned flatleaf parsley
  • 1 ½ C Wild Wonders® tomatoes, quartered
  • ¼ C extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt for seasoning
  • Freshly ground black peppercorns for seasoning


  1. 1 Place quinoa in pot with water and bring to a boil. Cover the pot and reduce to low. Cook until all of the water is nearly fully absorbed, approximately 10 minutes. Fluff and transfer quinoa to a serving platter. Sprinkle remaining ingredients evenly over the quinoa in order of ingredients listed and season with salt and pepper to taste.
