Cinnamon Bun Smoothie

Cinnamon Bun Smoothie Prep time: 5 mins Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 - small banana
  • 1 cup - unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 TSP - cinnamon
  • 1/4 TSP - almond extract
  • 1/2 TSP - raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 TSP - flax seeds

Instructions

  1. 1 Toss all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Best served cold and topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
