Avocados are known for their healthy fats and robust nutrient profile. They are high in antioxidants, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin C, and vitamin E. In fact, a medium avocado provides a lipid profile (measure of cholesterol in ones blood) is almost identical to super nutrient dense olive oil.
