Chocolate is rich in flavonoids, a class of antioxidant that helps to improve blood flow (and thus brain health) by regulating cholesterol and lowering blood pressure.
- 1 - banana (frozen is best)
- 1 TBSP - nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 1 TSP - raw cacao powder
- 1 TBSP - hemp hearts
- 1 scoop - chocolate protein powder
- 2 cups - spinach
- 1/2 TSP - cinnamon
- 1 – 1 1/5 cups - unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Blend all ingredients until smooth.
