The neurotransmitters in production are serotonin and norepinephrine, which can also influence your mood and the body’s internal clock.

Summer Salad with Smoked Rainbow Trout Prep time: 10 mins Serves: 2


  • 4 tightly packed cups of baby spinach
  • 2 tightly packed cups of sunflower sprouts
  • ½ english cucumber, chopped
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 ripe avocado, chopped
  • 1 filet smoked rainbow trout, roughly flaked
  • 2 tbsp EVOO (For Dressing)
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (For Dressing)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (For Dressing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (For Dressing)


  1. 1 Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
  2. 2 Combine all dressing ingredients in a separate small bowl and mix until thoroughly combined
  3. 3 Add dressing to salad and mix well
  4. 4 Serve in two separate bowl and enjoy
