Upgraded Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
- 1/2 cup strong decaf coffee (or 1 espresso shot)
- 1/4 cup pureed pumpkin (unsweetened, from the can)
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp allspice
Instructions
- 1 Brew coffee (or make espresso)
- 2 Heat the almond milk on the stove until almost boiling
- 3 Stir in the pumpkin puree just to heat up as well
- 4 Place all ingredients in blender and blend well
- 5 Sprinkle with cinnamon on top

Upgrade it:- 1 TBSP collagen powder
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
- Top with a dollop of coconut whipped cream
