Upgraded Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

Upgraded Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte Prep time: 2 mins Cook time: 5 mins Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 1/2 cup strong decaf coffee (or 1 espresso shot)
  • 1/4 cup pureed pumpkin (unsweetened, from the can)
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp allspice

Instructions

  1. 1 Brew coffee (or make espresso)
  2. 2 Heat the almond milk on the stove until almost boiling
  3. 3 Stir in the pumpkin puree just to heat up as well
  4. 4 Place all ingredients in blender and blend well
  5. 5 Sprinkle with cinnamon on top

Notes

Upgrade it:
  • 1 TBSP collagen powder
  • 1 TBSP coconut oil
  • Top with a dollop of coconut whipped cream
