This recipe is a classic combo; beets, goat cheese, and this week’s superfood…walnut!  This dish is chock-full of incredible brain and body benefits from all of the ingredients but especially walnuts which are a great source of the essential fat, Omega 3 as well as antioxidants. Research also suggests that the polyunsaturated fat and vitamin E in walnuts are beneficial for overall brain health.
